All The Emotions All Tangled Up…
Thanks for sharing how you have been dealing with this COVID-19 crisis…We are better TOGETHER and as we share our stories we find HOPE.
“Since March 13th, I have had ALL of the emotions ALL tangled together and have a hard time making sense out of it ALL!! I am sure I am not alone…and I keep telling myself I’m not!
Fear is the biggest. It is so scary to even go to the grocery! I am scared to go to work and I have a choice not too…but I love it at the same time. I can’t imagine not being there to help these kids that need a meal more than any of us can imagine! Of all things to go without a meal should never be one them…especially for a child!
Anger is an emotion that I usually have under control but it’s rearing its ugly head. I seem to get mad when others are seeing their family and I’m not and they shouldn’t be! I have had to take a stand for the safety of myself and my husband and my staff at work! That makes me uncomfortable! I miss my kids, grandkids and my mom!! I miss my church family as well!
I spend time in prayer every morning and reading my Bible every night!! I wonder all day how people that don’t know God even get thru a single day!!!
My go to each day is Psalms 91 and 2 Timothy 1:7. I pray that with so much church being on social media that souls will be saved that otherwise would have not heard the word or a worship song. I know God has a plan and I trust Him to bring us all out of this different than we were before! I pray to be better than before…to enjoy spending time with Him first and foremost and not rush to pray and read a few scriptures…but to savor everything He has for us…to spend time in His presence.”

“The world as we know it has shut down. My hope thru all off this is that people get time to search their hearts and as human beings get back to what this great America was started out on – God.
We, as a whole, have forgot how blessed we are because the fast pace life we all live. It has made me think more about how important family and friends are in these times.
I can’t be around my kids or my grandbabies. That hurts but in the end it’s for best. I just hope that in this time, we will all give this great thought and get back to our roots that made this country great. We are very blessed and alot have forgotten!”
